Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for driving business growth across 
South India. You will lead teams, manage distribution networks, and ensure sales targets 
are consistently met. You will also play a key role in strengthening our presence in the 
market, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring that our products reach 
every potential customer in the region.

  • Lead and manage Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and TSI teams to achieve strong regional performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Southern region, aligned with national goals.
  • Expand distribution networks and ensure effective coverage across urban and rural markets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
  • Monitor regional performance through sales reports and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan trade promotions and market activations.
  • Ensure efficient territory management, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.

 

Required Skills and Knowledge
This role requires a results-oriented professional with proven experience in managing 
regional sales operations in the FMCG sector. You should bring strong leadership qualities, 
deep market understanding, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams. Prior 
experience with food, soaps and detergents, or confectionery industries will be an added 
advantage.

  • Multilingual skills and computer literacy
