Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will take the lead in driving national sales strategies and ensuring the 
success of our sales teams across India. You will play a central role in strengthening 
relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, while also managing and 
developing high-performing teams. With a clear focus on results, you will ensure that our 
brand maintains a strong presence in the FMCG market.
• Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across regions to deliver strong results.
• Develop and implement national sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and 
stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand 
visibility.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, processes, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional managers on pricing, territory management, and inventory 
planning

 

Required Skills and Knowledge
This position calls for an experienced professional with a proven record of managing 
national sales operations in the FMCG sector. You should bring strong leadership qualities, 
a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. 
Knowledge of the incense industry will be considered a strong advantage.
